As per the recent research scientists analyzed all over the world from various centers nearly 20 centers across Europe collected data from 2,000 observations of common octopuses for getting the results. They had claimed that octopuses effectively have ’six arms and two legs’. The claim has denied the long held assumption that octopuses have eight arms. Scientists at Sea Life centre across Europe have discovered that octopuses use only six limbs for feeding and the two rearmost limbs are meant for moving around the sea bed. As per the deep observation, they analyzed shows that they use the rearmost two to get around over rocks and the seabed. This is the largest of its kind study, was actually meant for showing the octopuses favored one side or the other one.
